Why I’m Building Cohumera

Every product enters a system — of markets, institutions, communities, and ecosystems. Most tools ignore that until something breaks. I kept watching good ideas turn into shipped products without anyone systematically checking whether those products were good for the people who’d actually have to live with them — not because founders don’t care, but because there’s no tool that makes that check part of the normal process of building something, the way a spreadsheet makes financial modeling part of the process.

Cohumera is my attempt to build that tool, without slowing anyone down. The idea is simple to say and hard to build properly: take a product idea, build a clear blueprint of it, check that blueprint against what actually holds up — starting with whether the business model works, whether it’s fair to the people it touches, and whether it respects environmental limits — and show you exactly what to fix, and why, when something doesn’t.

I want to be honest about where we are. Cohumera is not a finished product. The architecture is fully worked out and we’re actively building it, but there’s no live demo to click through yet. What we do have is a clear plan, a small founding team, and a growing group of early testers and domain experts helping us get the details right. Building it in the open is deliberate, and so is making the reasoning behind every check visible — a tool about real-world trust should be transparent about its own thinking.
