How Cohumera Works — The Product Creation Engine

How Cohumera Turns an Idea Into a World aligned Product

Learn about the system we’re building What’s specified, what’s in active development, and what’s staged for later. Nothing here is live yet; the MVP is in progress.

The Six-Stage Pipeline

1 Idea Intake Describe the problem in your own words or upload files related to the idea . No templates. No jargon. No forced framework. Cohumera captures the raw brief, extracts the entities and constraints, and asks clarifying questions only where the loop cannot proceed without them.
2 Blueprint Cohumera renders a structured blueprint: your market and category, your users and the problem, your incentive structure, your risks, and what evidence is still missing.rs .
3 Real-world checks Independent checks evaluate the blueprint for whether it works financially, whether it’s fair to the people it touches, and whether it holds up environmentally and structurally.
4 Fixes, with reasoning Where something doesn’t hold up, Cohumera proposes a specific fix and shows the evidence and reasoning behind it, inline, before it changes anything.
5 Version history Every accepted change is recorded, so you always know what changed and why.

All of this lives in a single workspace — your blueprint, the findings, the proposed fixes, and the version history, together on one surface. This loop is fully specified and is what our founding team is actively building; it is not yet available as a self-serve product.

The checks Cohumera runs

Built in from day one (the MVP):

financial viability

Will this make money?

Unit economics, incentive structure, durability

civic alignment

Is this fair to the people it touches?

How the product affects the people and communities it reaches

environmental alignment

Does this respect environmental limits

The Governance Rules Layer runs underneath everything — every stage’s output passes through it, every rule is versioned, every result is reproducible

Three further checks

Regenerative alignment, systems thinking, and incentive alignment

Together they look at long-term health rather than a single launch moment

V1.0 and beyond, registered but not yet active

Specialized packs

Climate risk, biodiversity, inclusivity, and more — each a focused module you can turn on for your specific product, not a one-size-fits-all score.

Regional context

The same checks, layered with region-specific context, starting with the UN, the EU, Canada, and city-level frameworks.

Adjustable strictness

You’ll be able to tune how strict each check is for your stage — an early prototype and a regulated deployment don’t need the same threshold.

Built to grow — an open contract

Every check Cohumera runs implements the same open contract — the same schema whether it’s one of our six core checks or a pack built by an outside expert. That means new checks can be added without rebuilding the system, and it means credible outside specialists — in civic trust, sustainability, finance, accessibility, or regional policy — can build the checks that matter to them. Contributed packs are clearly labeled by tier (Core, Verified, or Community) wherever their findings appear, so you always know the source.

See the Domain Skill Contract if you want to build one.

From blueprint to build

A build-ready blueprint only matters if it can go somewhere. v1.0 adds a Handoff/Export module: your blueprint, exported in formats built for your developer, your team, or the AI builder of your choice — so nothing about it locks you into Cohumera’s own tooling. This is planned for v1.0, not part of the MVP.

Where this is going

The long-term vision is bigger than checking one product at a time. The same architecture — modular checks, deterministic fixes, versioned evidence — is designed to scale to coordinating alignment across multiple products, teams, and institutions at once, for organizations that need to manage many products against many stakeholders simultaneously. This is a stated direction, not a current capability — it depends entirely on the MVP and v1.0 being built and proven first.

Now (MVP)

  • Six core checks: will this make money, is this fair to the people it touches, does it respect environmental limits, plus regenerative alignment, systems thinking, and incentive alignment.
  • Every fix shown with its reasoning, before anything changes.
  • Full version history.
  • The open contract in place, so packs built later plug in without a rebuild.
  • A structured, build-ready blueprint as the output — not yet exportable to outside tools.

Next (v1.0)

  • Specialized packs: finance (unit economics, pricing, margin durability), civic trust (rights, inclusivity, community impact), and environmental risk (climate, biodiversity, regenerative potential).
  • Regional context, rolling out region by region: starting with the UN global overlay, then the EU, Canada, the US, the UK, Australia, and Singapore, plus city-level frameworks.
  • Adjustable strictness, so an early prototype and a regulated deployment don’t need the same threshold.
  • A build-ready blueprint schema (v0.1) and a Handoff/Export module — export your blueprint into formats built for your developer, your team, or the AI builder of your choice.
  • A versioned API endpoint for teams who want to pull their blueprint into their own workflow.

Later (v2.0)

  • One system for coordinating alignment across many products, teams, and institutions at once.
  • Modeling how a decision affects multiple stakeholders at the same time — founders, customers, communities, regulators, workers — and surfacing where their interests conflict.
  • Deeper regional coverage, including state- and provincial-level overlays.
  • Built for enterprise and institutional deployments that need to manage many products against many stakeholders simultaneously.e checks: will this make money, is this fair to the people it touches, does it respect environmental limits, plus regenerative alignment, systems thinking, and incentive alignment.
